A while back we brewed some gluten free beers at The Beermongers, and it’s finally ready to drink! We will be tapping two beers, the first of which is just a simple sorghum based pale ale with Cascade hops. The other beer is more of a winter warmer style. Still sorghum based this beer is double strong on the ABV, and has some chai style spices in it. We added some spiced poached pears towards the end giving this beer the full feeling of the holidays. Invite your gluten intolerant friends who can’t normally enjoy a beer with you to come and try our special beers!
